She makes you believe in yourself, and always encourages you to try something new. At the same time she allows you to know that you are enough for just showing up on your mat and being present.

One pose may not BE fit for all,
but power and happiness Is

For years I struggled with anxiety, depression, fear and disconnection. I lived in the shadow of my abusive father and the hardship of my upbringing, until I hit rock bottom and everything crumbled. Yoga found me when I needed a purpose and a reason in my life, and in many ways it saved me.

I DEFINE WHOLEHEARTED LIVING AS ENGAGING IN OUR LIVES FROM A PLACE OF WORTHINESS.

My Journey

I was 26 when I moved to England with the aim to build an amazing life, build a prosperous career and live happily ever after. Few years in I felt completely lost. I worked hard, I trained hard, I was looking for the something to make my life complete. My physical body started to shut down until I developed a series of chronic pain along my right side. As a single woman living in London, the only routine I knew was working in a 9 to 5, climbing up the ladder and become a successful corporate business women. This changed significantly as soon as I deep dived into my self discovery journey and started my yoga teacher training. It was at during this time when my heart was open that I met my now husband.

WHY YOGA? - I asked

I was mainly looking for physical healing but secretly all I wanted was to LET GO of the weight of the years of pain and to BE HEARD, to BE LOVED, and to BE SUPPORTED. Not having to feel completely on my own for once in my life.

I did not really know where yoga was going to lead me, but I soon realised I found my passion and I knew I wanted to share this with as many people as possible. The biggest gift that I gave to myself ever was my teacher training. I spent the time figuring out who I am and what my purpose is. I learnt about my strengths and weaknesses and what it means to be a compassionate human being and live a life from a heartfelt place.

Since the training I am committed to be a better version of myself every day. Some days it only manifests in a random kindness, other days in a sweaty yoga practice. Whatever it is I try to spend some time to reconnect to myself, even for a minute, and inspire people the same way as I was inspired by many along my own journey.

Cultivating the courage, compassion, and connection to wake up in the morning and think, No matter what gets done and how much is left undone, I am enough.

My yoga practice on and off the mat has helped me overcome many of my struggles, It created a series of disciplines that allows me to make more conscious decisions. Thanks to this awareness I am now able to feel more empowered to live with purpose and create a life where I am feeling happy on most days.

My first gift to You is this mantra that you can borrow for life and use it whenever you are in need. Your strength, your power, your vulnerability and your beauty, everything that is You is within You already. You just have to dig a little deeper into yourself to find everything you need, Love.

“All I need is within me now”
