Please join me for a Day of Blissful Yoga & Talks where I’m teaching you some of my best step-by-step strategies and mindset shift tools to support you to create a more powerful version of you, especially during this time and beyond.
It’s going to take place on the 14th June, 10am-4pm, and it will include a morning yoga practice to energise our body and declutter our mind. The day then follows with talks and workshops on how to create a powerful morning routine. We also talk about the importance of sleep and how you can enhance your sleep so that you can be more awake during your day. Our last workshop will include techniques and tips how to bring out the most creative part of you. We close our day with a calming yoga nidra.
We will have sufficient breaks during the day and you will be provided with workbooks and prompting questions to get the most out of our time together. I think it could really help anybody who is feeling a bit lost, overwhelmed and lack of direction as that’s my specialist area.
What I really hope is that it will help you get clear on what actions you need to be taking in order to confidently lead a life that you want to live right now and once the lockdown has eased off.
